Hi guys. As I'm a new member I figured I'd make my first post in here as a quick intro, so here goes:

I've been into photography since 2005, and made my first proper commitment to it as my passion in 2006 when I bought my digital SLR - I haven't looked back since!

Initially I concentrated on automotive photography. Quite soon after purchasing my DSLR I obtained media credentials through a website I regularly visit in return for a bit of reportage work. I covered the Gumball 3000 Rally in 2006 and 2007, as well as the British International Motorshow in 2006. I was published in Equestrian Life magazine (long story!) not too long ago, and currently I'm trying to familiarise myself with more styles and disciplines - currently portraiture and architectural photography are my two main focuses.

I shoot film as well as digital (both 120 and 35mm), and very soon I'll be taking the plunge and starting to develop my own film at home!

My gear is as follows:
- Canon Powershot A85. This was first camera I purchased for myself
- Nikon D50. My first (and still current) DSLR
- Canon EOS 1000FN - My first 35mm SLR, given to me by my stepfather
- Nikon F-801. Purchased faulty for £1. It's my little project to get it working again
- Nikon F-401s. Given to me by my auntie.
- 1954 Hasselblad 1000F w/ 80mm f/2.8 Zeiss Opton Tessar lens (hence the username )
