Should add generic forum headings for things like, "Off- Topic", "DSLR's", "Lenses", "Techniques", "Editing", "Software", "Equipment"... etc etc... If people have somewhere to post things they're more likely to post and it also helps keeping things organized from the start. Should probably get some forum admins/moderators to do a lot of the grunt work of forum maintenance, once it starts getting busier... Might want to think about and research what kind of posting rules you want to institute, although this forum shouldn't require much moderation...

Can I create a forum topic or is that something that has to be done through the admin

I would like to have a forum dedicated to New Born Baby photography and maternity, and a forum just on HDR Photography, Photography Props as well I think that these would be great forums to have.

You can of course create topics WITHIN existing forums or catagories, the catagories and forums you suggested will be put up!

Obviously we dont want a million sub cats so for now ...

Forum = Photography

Catagory = Photography Styles
Topic > HDR photography
Topic > Black and White
